If you are using the CMOS setup settings to OC then disable that with the jumper settings on
the MoBo (look in your MoBo manual) & the jumpers are the best way to set this MoBo for now.
Set the CPU voltage with jumpers all the way up & also with jumpers set the speed to 1 gig.
If this works well in 3D games for hours then you can change settings lower multiplier & raise the FSB for real OCing.
