Im confused.. Which would be the better Overclocker and Performer?

The 1.2 ghz 200 bus tbird or the 1.2ghz 266 tbird. If im essentially correct its the same type of setup that intel has with the E and EB naming of there CPU's... What I dont find amusing is trying to figure out which one ill get the best overclocking and performance out of. With the 266mhz veriant i wont have to change the multiplier to OC and the 100MHZ variant ill have to change the multilier to OC. Am I correct in assuming this? There basically the same except one will run at a higher bus speed in the end? or actually the could run a the same bus speed but the 100mhz version multiplier will be lower?
Im so confused.....
