I'm attempting to download pics from a 16MB CF card (kodak), and it freezes the computer almost every time.. Athlon 900 128MB PC133 SDRAM, 8x4x32x burner, WinME, GF2MX vidcard, SB16 S/C, Asus A7V Mainboard.. any ideas?

Or should I set it back to Win98 (or Windows 2000 pro?) What's the best idea?

PS: I gave up on the voodoo3 w/v5 drivers project.. crashed too much. So I just went out and bought a V5 for cheap =]
