yep, in the original BIOS was only the CAS setting, then came the TurcOC BIOS which was a bit more elaborate and now they have their own Turbo BIOS.

It is still composite settings but they make sense and list exactly which parameter is being altered.

it looks like:


tRAS:tRC:tRP Turbo (5:2:2)
CAS Latency2


and the settings reach from 6:3:3 over 6:2:3, 6:3:2 6:2:2 to 5:2:2 (5:3:3 wouldn't make sense, just in case anyone is wondering)
