Am I right in thinking that EDO SIMM Ram on an old MS 5117 (75Mhz!) can be mixed and matched no problem.
A friend has a spare single 16Mb SIMM edo stick which I am going to try to match with a second stick of 16Mb SIMM edo from a different manufacturer. Will it work or am I just wasting my time and ought to go for two new sticks from the outset.

PS if anyone has any experience Oclocking one of these I would appreciate any tips, I am thinking about trying to get the multiplyer up to 2x and get 100MHz. (heh my other car is a porsche)
