no, I just went to system and removed it. There isn't anything about sound in "programs" or in "Add and Remove Programs". There is something called Yamaha DSXG Audio Configuration in the control panel which, when i right click on it, it gives me a box called "Help for Yamaha DXSG driver settings" but I don't know how to delete it. As you can see I'm not extremely computer savvy. If that is the driver, how do I delete it? Thanks again! Bonnie
