I have a msi 6163 pro with a p3 650. I am considering overclocking. I want to do it as conservatively as possible. I am considering running it at 6.5 X 124. The reason I want to run it at 124 is that the pci bus will be at 31. Hence no stress on the pci components and harddrives which get their timing from the pci bus. I have a Leadtek tnt2 non ultra that came clocked at 140/150. Even at 124 the agp bus will be at 83. I have three memory sticks, one kingston 64mb that I think has 6ns memory and it is cas 2, one kingston 128mb that I think has 7ns and is cas 2, and one 64 mb corsair that I think is 6ns and cas 2. I am only sure about the cas rating on the kingston, the others cas ratings and all the ns ratings I just got from running sisoft sandra. Other components are sb live, a cdrw, cd, a couple of hard drives, one 5400 rpm the other 7200 rpm.

My questions are as follows:
1. Can the memory handle the 124?
2. Can the tnt2 handle the 83?
3. Am I correct that the only things I might damage are the processor, the memory and the video card since the pci bus is at 31?
