klipsch rumours

I just heard from a local dealer that Klipsch is planning a 5.1 speaker solution similar to the promedia 4.1. So, with this in mind, would you guys prefer wait 'till summer and get the true 5.1 system or get the 4.2 (two 2.1's together) that are offered now. You see, with the 4.2 you can hear the low frequencies coming from behind also, which seems pretty cool to me. I remember one reviewer mentioning a particular scene of The Matrix in which you are looking up at a helicopter. With the 4.2 system you can actually hear the low rumble moving back and forth.

So my question essentially is, would the added bass in the back contribute more to the sound experience than a centre channel of a 5.1 dolby digital setup?
