I live in Ottawa Canada, the capital of our country and i have just got bell sympatico high speed, i have been told by 2 guys over the phone that i will get an average of over 100 kb download or 960 KiloBytes,or something that you need to divide by 8 to get the real answer.

anyway this dsl is verey erratic,why do sometimes i can onyl download at 6kb/s and others i can download at 80-120 kb/s ??? anybody esle upset with this??

I have 1 free month but i'm getting cable for 1 free month after this just to test it out.
