An advanced tech states will cost you lots of money one way or another
thru property price & tax or traveling to the place you work & size is smaller to & closer together.
The other problem is not too much money & being safe at the same time as the more you spend the safer you will be, which can still attract the bad guys.
An example is I live in michigan in a suburb of Detroit, the car producting state now car buying
is slowing down people are getting laided of from jobs, I am sure crime will increase.
Detroit has a bad rep of being a crime city & I live four miles out of Detroit & we do not have that much crime & this gets better the farther you move away, but the houses just 5 miles
north of us cost over twice as much as my house is worth my house is around 1200 square feet older with a basement & garage worth around $120,000. That same house in New York would cost $500,000 or maybe alot more. Califorinia is expensive as realstate is hard to find too.
I think Texas is a high tech state to consider I just have no idea where.
