Hi !!
1. As MS say u must see the jumpers on MoBo for CPU
2. U must unplug any cabels (HDD, FDD,) and unplug any other devices as sound, modem and so on
3. Now u have :
MoBo, Ram, Cpu, Video and Power Suplly
4. Check the Speaker of Case if it works proparly
5.Now unplug the Video. If u don't listen a sound go to 6.
6.Now unplug the Ram. If u don't listen a sound go to 7.
7.Check the cpu's fan and see if between them there is a silicon paste. And try again.
