Retail box Intel or AMD...1 year warranty and come with a heatsink fan attached...o.e.m. is only 30 days...no heatsink/fan....BUT...it is exactly the same cpu. There are some video card manufacturers that will use a "faster" ram on retail than on oem...and for that you will pay extra..not the same price as oem...but the chip will be exactly the same and will usually come with only a 30 day warranty. So...to compare an apple with an orange would not get you anywhere either. But what the hey... |
