As my friend Harvey in LA likes to say, "Friends don't let friends use AOL." So any tips on other ISPs to embrace and avoid will be appreciated. Considerations include ease of setup, initial-signup and monthly-use prices (extra charge for 2 or more screen names?), tech-support (access time and quality of help), ease of e-mailing (especially sending and receiving file attachments), richness/paucity of content, Web-site access, and any other(s) you want to mention.
