I am planning to do the exact same thing you are. Read the "Norton Ghost User Guide" under the Ghost tab in SystemWorks.
Basicly, you create a Ghost boot floppy, or floppies for two computers, boot up under it and either save an "Image" of your disk/partition, or just copy it outright.
Then, you can later reinstall the copied data.
Read the sections on "Spanning" and "Splitting" carefully. Spanning can only be done locally, not over any networks or connection.

As soon as I can afford 2nd HD, I will try this to reinstall my current setup onto the RAID0 array.

Read my post(s) below regarding a problem testing Ghost that I did have.

Also, according to Symantec, Ghost itself cannot write to a RAID array, without system drivers. I am still hopeful since my highpoint drivers load before the floppy boot phase. Should work. Luck.
