You still have a cooling problem.
Two things, one, what is the name of the big heatsink/fan combo and are you using thermal paste??
Number two, if the new vid card has no fan attached, use some superglue gel and attach a small fan to the chip (s) heatsink.
You might want to divulge your case fans, lower intake, upper exhaust?
Heat is the enemy, especially if you are a gamer.
