you can run the mmeory bus at some ratio of the FSB but that's pretty much it. The common settings are 4/3 (FSB 100, memory 133), 3/4 (FSB 133, memory 100), 3/2 (FSB 100, memory 66), and 2/3 (FSB 66, memory 100).

in addition, there are some boards that put in a limitation of the memory bus, AOpen has done it, that is above 140 MHz, the FSB will increase but the memory bus will stay at the 140 MHz setting.

Technically, there are quite a few possibilities but you also need to synchronize the data flow from memory to chipset with the FSB and there are quite a few problems, especially when using DMA that can only be used with fifos as buffers.
