The reason why there is not even an option for the 133 MHz bus is that the chipset used for that board will not run that high. The highest anyone has ever gotten that I know and trust is 124 MHz and that would just get to POST and not further.

The chipset, however, offers the option of running the memory at 4/3 ratio of the FSB. That is, at 100 MHz FSB with the PCI at 33 MHz where it belongs, you can still run the DRAM (memory) clock at 133 MHz. These 33 MHz that you extra put on the memory bus are not a fixed value but actually equivalent to the PCI bus speed. If you start overclocking, the 33 will increase to 34, 35 etc.. Keep that in mind when you do that.
