you need to kill the existing partition if it is on Fat16 and several partitions.
Then use FDisk and make a new partition and enable large disk support when it asks you to do so.
then make the primary partition and reboot to a bootable floppy with Format.com on it.
just format the drive then and it should be a Fat32 drive and use the whole drive as one partition.
