Mostly it's really basic stuff. I can't remember all of it, but a few were:
What three files are necessary on a DOS system for a disk to be bootable?
What type of CPU fits into a slot 1 motherboard?
Really basic stuff like that. Don't bother taking a course on it, just go to a bookstore, and get a decent study guide. Read through it, front to back, try the sample tests, and try a couple of the various online sample tests, too.
You've got to know some stuff about SCSI busses, too, and a couple of other things that most "PC guys" don't really get into, but you shouldn't have a problem with it if you've upgraded more than one computer in your life.
