Well its like Part Winmodem part not
Its hardware as it the CPU donst do the working out signals etc, but software as it it dosnt use a COM port and an Interupt instead some weird Enumerator.
I just gutted the mdoem out and put it in another Machine along with WinRoute,this should prove if its the modem. If it is i got my eye on a nice 3Com ISA modem )
