ditto ben's question, what CPU and mainboard are you running?
Get a bad combination and Intel parts won't save you. There are more factors to system stability then just the CPU, regardless of whatever marketing tripe Intel may try to feed you.
Oh, for the record, I'm posting from a 700MHz Athlon Tbird system clocked to 800, NT/Me dual boot, and I've pretty much forgotten what a lockup or bluescreen looks like.
