Well gotta motherboard but now got problems

Ok guys, i went out and got the KT7-Raid mobo yesterday, installed it and started the bootup process. For some reason i cant get ata-100 on the first 2 ide channels. I have to connect it to the raid channel to enable ata100. Second, i am running windows 2000 and now it is locking up out of nowhere. Runs perfect, then will just lock up in a split second. My specs are as follows. AMD Duron 750, abit kt7-raid, 2 128mb sticks of kingston pc100 ram, WD 30gb 7200 ata100, win2k pro, sound blaster live platinum, and the GeForce 2 MX Anihalator or whatever it is (32mb ddr). So any thoughts would help out here. Thanks!
