Try with only CPU, RAM, and video. Remove any PCI cards, and unplug power AND data from all drives. If it POSTs, then one of the disconnected devices is the problem. Reconnect one by one (start with the hard drive) and see where it fails.

If it doesn't post, then it's probably the board. You might need a new mobo before you replace the Rage 128.
