OK. it still powers up for 3 seconds, then dies. NEW 431w PS. Got to be mobo? what about the switches ? Are they N.C. and at fault, will meter those next. Teckram Slot 1, 650e, CD-R, CD-ROM, 10GB, floppy, ATI RAge 128, fans. don't have my A+ yet, need help please. thanks, ran
