Or does it require modification to the heatsink?

I have a VOS32, but it doesn't mount to core without modifcation (drilling/tapping) hs.

If P7125 doesnt' allow direct mount, then I'll have to settle for a TM-VOS32. Ouch, $45 for it would pay for an alpha!
