OK, good. It seems like Partition Magic made such a big deal about keeping certain files within the 2 gig limit so the OS could boot, no matter what OS you used. When I partitioned my drive initially, I put 2 gigs for C: and the rest (approx 40 gigs) for D:. Once I had things all set up I had to use PM to increase C: to about 3.8 gigs, so this whole boot restriction thing started to worry me. Thanks, JCR.
