"penciltrix" error??

As i wrote a few days ago im having problems with my new setup, the setup is :

Abit KT7
Duron800 (artic silver goof, modified superorb)
256mb pc133 ram

voodoo5500
Turtle beach A3D
dlink dfe network card

Sony 50x CD
Plextor 1210a Cd burner

Fijutsi 6.4 GB HD
IBM 37,5 GB HD

All of this is put into a ASUS case witch worked flawless with my last setup
ive tried win98se, winme

whats happen is that when i boot the comp. it seems to work fine, after a few mins its becoming slugish and suddenly it freezes, what i see in windows system monitor is that when i move the mice around the cpu utilisation is 2-3 %, when i stop moving it around the cpu load rises to 49% and stays exactly there. after moving the mice around some more (starting IE5.5 , network neiborhood or sumthing)the cpu load increases to 60 - 80 % and just stayes there. doing some more work and it freezes. CPU temp is never over 40 -42 C degrees

My quiestion is : could this happen beacause i have used the pencil trix and "missed" the connectors, or connected 2 or more pairs of connectors on the L1 catche ???
( i can overclock it with multiplier up to 10x100, so it seems like i've done it right, having same problem overclocked as unoverclocked )
