what do you guys rekon to this!

sent my 2 34GXP Hard drives back to IBM under warranty caus they were plAying up (LONG STORY) and they sent me back 2 reconditioned fucking drives! or as they call it "serviceable Parts", they look like they been beaten around loads! probably in worse condition that the ones i sent back!
Is the acceptable for Warranty returns! shouldnt they sent me new ones!
