I need to build a new comp, my current k6-2 450 is not up to par. I was thinking about a celeron 700 and a gigabyte or asus board. But i have 128 of 100mhz ram currently and if celerons run at 66 them i'll get a PIII. thanks for any help,

ps. can either of these processors be overclocked effectivly
