Most or all ATX PS's that I know of, when the PC case power button is held in to long the MoBo will shut back down into the standby mode, that is a monentary closed switch (normal open).

I do not know you MoBo but
You have OCed just lately so set the CPU speed back to the normal speed by jumpers or clear the CMOS or your MoBo may have its own way back to a safe default speed.

If that does not work
One of your cards (ISA, PCI, AGP) or even the CPU or cable plugs or power connectors could be shorting out the PS (unseated) or something metal rolled under the MoBo or maybe your PS is just bad. This is when spare parts help out alot.

other causes are that one or more of these parts is just broken
Ram
CPU
MoBo
video cards
keyboards (is part of the startup curcuit)
