I have found so far is the hand cleaning paste they sell at PepBoys and other Auto parts stores. Clean, leaves no residue and doesn't hurt any components. Just dip a paper tissue in it and rub it off.
The rest you can use to wipe ... er, I mean clean your hands (ROTFLMAOPIMP)
