the registry from a file ( you've exported ) you can type regedit /c [path/file] not sure about that. just type regedit /?

but beware... depending on the size of you registry and number of files and filetypes you've in the registry ( regedit's gonna check every entry)... it can take a lot of time and in Dos, you can't do much except staring at the percent numbers or drink some tea or whatever
