Is there someplace where I can look up what some of the options in my BIOS mean?

Abit's book explains what everything IS, but what does "DRAM Bank Interleave" or "AGP Driving Control" mean?

Should I play with these? What would these (and others) do? How do I find out if they help or hurt? (I assume Sis Soft Sandra 2001 will help with that. And count the reboots!)
