you should boot right to 450
can't tell you you'll get 600 with that chip as the 400 didn't do 600{100FSB} too well.
If your well pocketed, get a 550E chip and run her at 133FSB at 733, chip is around$100/$110 used.
Question, have you ever flashed your bios?
