The Primary Master is a Segate hdd, The Primary Slave is a Quantum hdd, I also took out the Quantum and tried an IBM hdd that i have and i had the same problem.

All hdd's are useing the correct jumpers, i'v checked this many times just incase...

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the brand, But i know all the hdd's work perfectly fine in my other computer's.
