the peltier is beeing cooled by a watercooling setup. A normal Air heatsink can't dissipate 70W or more. The Peltier draws 70W (usually) and you need to be able to get the heat of 70W away to keep the hot side's temp at a reasonable level... Te temp difference between hot and cold side is usually in the range of 60°Celsius
