The reason for the failure at 133 on the ASUS and not the ABit is that 133 on the ASUS is really 136 MHz while on the ABit it is actually 131 MHz ...
You can try increasing the DRAM READ Latch Delay one notch (1.7 ns) and see whether that helps to stabilize the system.
