Not for me but for someone who is wanting a new build and/or upgrade from their oldie right now...YES. I would go with it instead of the Highpoint RAID and Abit depending on the price which is yet to be mentioned

I think all of us OCer's go up as far as our CPU's will and sometimes for minimal increase
