Soft FSB. The Kats are also mutiplier locked so you will need to jack up the FSB and core volts as well in .05 or 1.0 increments as you work the FSB up.
I prefer jumpering the FSB and core off the MOBO to using O/C programs through the OS. Really pull out your MOBO mannual and have at it. Just do it in baby steps.
